  • Return and Refund Policy at Spencerkart:

At Spencerkart, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details of our Return and Refund Policy:

  1. Damaged Products: If you receive a product damaged during shipping, we will issue a 40% refund upon validation of the damage. To be eligible for this credit, buyers must provide valid proof of damage within 24 hours of product delivery.

  2. Non-Damaged Returns: In cases where products are not damaged but buyers wish to return them for other reasons, Spencerkart facilitates returns at our office. There are two options for return:

    a. Spencerkart generates a Return shipping label for the buyers to ship the products back to our Headquarters. A full refund will be issued after deducting the To and From shipping charges.

    b. Alternatively, customers can choose to pay for the return shipping charges themselves and mail the products to Spencerkart USA.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Consumable items are not eligible for return or exchange due to customs clearance or factors beyond our control.

  4. Customs Inspection Policy: Please note that customs inspections may cause delays in product delivery, which are beyond our control. These delays, which can extend up to 8 days, are not included in the shipping date provided. However, we strive to ensure smooth customs clearance for the majority of shipments. In rare cases where packages are not cleared by customs, we commit to resolving the issue. If a package is not cleared, we will promptly resend it to the provided address.

  5. Missing Products: We take utmost care in packing and shipping your products. If you notice any missing items in your shipment within 24 hours of delivery, please email us at info@spencerkart.com with proper pictures of the box and the ordered items. In genuine cases, we will provide credits for missing products.

  6. Return Timeframe: Product returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that returned products are shipped within this timeframe.

  7. Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for food items. However, in cases of dissatisfaction, refunds may be considered on a case-to-case basis after consultation with our customer representatives.

  8. Abuse of Return Process: Spencerkart reserves the right to refuse service and permanently ban buyers who abuse the return process.

For customers outside the USA, such as Canada and the UK, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases where mistakes are made by Spencerkart sellers.
