Abhrak Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine derived from the calcination of the mineral mica. It is prepared by combining mica with various herbs using processes such as purification, burning, and pulverizing. Dosage:

The recommended dosage of Abhrak Bhasma is up to 750 mg per day in adults and 250 mg per day in children under 10 years of age. The dosage is as follows:

Children (0-1 year): 15-30 mg twice a day
Children (1-10 years): 30-125 mg twice a day
Adults: 125-250 mg twice a day or thrice a day
