2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer two shipping methods per zone: Standard Rates and Express Shipping. Rates are based on your cart subtotal (product value) in USD.

3. Free Shipping Threshold

For orders with a cart subtotal of USD 100.01 and above, both Standard and Express Shipping methods are free in all listed zones.

4. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment.
  • Customs & Delays: International shipments may experience additional delays (up to 8 days) due to customs inspections. These delays are beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor delivery status.
