Abhrak Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine derived from the calcination of the mineral mica. It is known for its rejuvenating properties and is considered a Rasayana in Ayurveda, nourishing all Dhatus (tissues) and promoting longevity by preventing aging and revitalizing the body. It is prepared by combining mica with various herbs using processes such as purification, burning, and pulverizing. Abhrak Bhasma also contains trace amounts of iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and aluminum.

Dosage:
The recommended dosage of Abhrak Bhasma is up to 750 mg per day in adults and 250 mg per day in children under 10 years of age. The dosage is as follows:
- Children (0-1 year): 15-30 mg twice a day
- Children (1-10 years): 30-125 mg twice a day
- Adults: 125-250 mg twice a day or thrice a day
