Local inflammation, acute and chronic, catarrhal and purulent in nature, with adenopathy. Sudden infection and high fever with inflammation of the meninges, conjunctiva, and throat.
Especially: Inflammation and suppuration of the lymphatics of the pharynx, especially all forms of angina tonsillitis, tonsillitis, scarlet fever, otitis media, conjunctivitis, iridocyclitis, meningitis, inflammation of the maxillary sinuses and roots of the teeth. Inflammation of the glands; mumps, orchitis, pancreatitis, cholecystitis, appendicitis, parametritis, bartholinitis.
Monoarthritis, urinary arthritis. Lymphadenitis, lymphangitis, sputum inflammation, abscess, atrophy, boils and carbuncles, erysipelas, measles.

Apis mellifica: Inflammatory infiltration, edematous swelling.
Valium chloratum: Chronic disease with swollen glands and suppuration in various scrotal diseases in children.
Belladonna: Inflammatory hyperemia of the skin, mucous membranes and glands. high fever. Sharpness of mucous membranes, delirium, sticky, hot skin.
Calcium Iodine: Chronic tonsillitis in children, neck and scrotal lymph node hyperplasia.
Hepar sulpuris: Tendency to catarrhal inflammation and empyema
Kali bichromicum: plastic exudation of the mucous membranes of the nose, throat, and pharynx. Sticky stringy slime. Mucosal ulceration.
Marum verum: Adenoid vegetation, chronic postnasal catarrh.
Mercurius sublimatus corrosivus: Acute inflammation of mucous membranes, including glands, sticky sweat.
Phytolacca: swelling and dark redness of the throat and tonsils, pain radiating to the ears

In acute infections with high fever, 10-15 drops in every 1/2 little water initially Leave in for ½ – 1 day.
Same drug for purulent inflammation (eg tonsil and furuncle inflammation). After improvement, take the same amount every 1 to 2 hours. After recovery, it is recommended to take 10-15 drops 2-3 times a day for about a week.
Chronic Inflammation: 10-15 drops 2-3 times daily.
Constitutional changes in children with chronic adenohypertrophy; 5-8 drops in a small amount of water once daily for long-term use.
